To backup the files for BlueStacks 5 installed on your PC, go to the following path on your computer: 'C:\ProgramData\BlueStacksnxt'. Uninstall BS completely COMPLETELY using an app or somethingĢ. In my case idk why it wasn't there so I thought of going in Safe Mode (only safe mod not the one with networking) and before that I uninstalled BS completely so when I went in Safe Mode, I installed it back again and tried to open it there but it won't start so I restarted again in normal mode and VOILA! It worked :'Dġ. So usually you just have to press F2 or F8 or something to go into the UEFI (BIOS utility thingy) but when I tried to do that I couldn't enter it (I am using Win 8.1 btw) so I was googling for it and I followed the step where you go to advanced startup options and restart from there and from there navigate to the UEFI option but So I was basically trying to do turn on Virtualization technology as suggested by a post. ![]() UPDATE: I fixed the problem somehow accidentally. ![]()
